Rear End Cover Plate Tightness

I tried the 1/8 inch Neopreme on the rear gasket and wasn't real happy with it but the 1/16th inch worked good for me too.

 I only torque it to 50 inch pounds. The nice thing is you can watch it and if it leaks just tighten it a little more,

 that doesn't work good with regular gaskets.
